You will support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities, monitor progress against project targets, identify potential schedule and budget deviations, and help drive corrective actions. Join us and help shape the future of energy in a dynamic and supportive environment.\nMain responsibilities\nPrepare and maintain the project WBS and support CBS development.\nDevelop project schedules and support budget and forecast preparation.\nMonitor contractor and project team schedules and prepare progress reports.\nIntegrate contractor schedules into the project master schedule and identify critical path activities.\nMonitor physical progress and support cost tracking, forecasting, and estimate-at-completion activities.\nMonitor project variances and support the implementation of corrective actions.\nPrepare project progress reports and support cost reporting activities.\nEnsure alignment between project schedules, procurement plans, and contract plans, and support contract administration activities.\nSupport the preparation of project control requirements and ITT packages.\nPerform earned value analysis in collaboration with the Cost Control team.\nContribute to cross-project analysis and performance reviews.\nShare knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across the team.\nSupport Independent Reviews, Project Gates, and project change management activities.\nMaintain the project risk register, focusing on schedule-related risks and mitigation actions.\nEnsure compliance with corporate planning and control standards and methodologies.\nAct in compliance with Eni's Code of Ethics, SOA, and Compliance Model.\nSkills and experience required\nDegree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. \nStrong knowledge of project controls and project management. \nSignificant oil and gas experience across offshore and onshore projects. \nRelevant professional training or certifications would be an advantage.\nStrong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, performance reporting, and change management.\nExperience with WBS development, schedule baselines, and schedule/cost risk analysis.\nKnowledge of contract management, including ITT preparation, contractor performance monitoring, and claims support.\nUnderstanding of oil and gas project execution, including engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, start-up, and operations.\nFamiliarity with HSE principles and industry standards.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.\nWhat we offer\nAnnual salary: up to €36,000, depending on professional experience and specific skill set.\nPrivate medical insurance.\nPension/provident fund.\nHow to apply\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
