Join us and help shape the future of energy in a dynamic and supportive environment.\nMain responsibilities\nUpdating the cost breakdown structure in line with existing cost estimates, ensuring alignment with project objectives.\nVerifying work progress, updating cost documentation, and allocating costs to the appropriate cost centres.\nPreparing, maintaining, and updating cost reports, ensuring accurate data is entered into cost reporting systems.\nMonitoring actual costs against budget and AFE values, identifying potential overruns, and implementing corrective actions to optimise contract value.\nPreparing close-out reports after each drilled well to summarise and analyse cost performance.\nMonitoring job orders and contracts (expenditure versus budget) to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.\nPreparing accruals for each contract or job order at month-end.\nActing in compliance with Eni's Code of Ethics, SOA, and Compliance Model.\nSkills and experience required\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nExperience in cost control, budgeting, and project controls within a complex project environment.\nProficiency in SAP and cost reporting systems.\nStrong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.\nExperience with project planning, cost estimating, and financial reporting.\nUnderstanding of contract management, including variations and claims.\nFamiliarity with E&P project workflows and industry best practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent planning and organisational abilities.\nProactive approach and sound decision-making skills.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAdaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills.\nWhat we offer\nAnnual salary: up to €28,000, depending on professional experience and specific skill set.\nPrivate medical insurance.\nPension/provident fund.\nHow to apply\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
