The candidate should be capable of performing detailed and complex assemblies, as well as pressure testing and oil flow testing. We are willing to train the right individual. 2nd shift receives a 20% shift differential (Mon-Fri 330pm-12am)\nEssential Responsibilities:\nAssemble studs, Heli-coils, pins, liners, and inserts.\nLight deburring of flow holes, re-tapping threads, and drilling wire holes using fixtures.\nAble to read operation sheets and blueprints.\nAble to maintain quality standards and accurately measure and document completed work.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment.\nDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff.\nOther duties as directed by supervisor.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n3-5 years of experience aerospace assembly experience preferred.\nStrong mechanical aptitude.\nStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and ability to deal with complexity.\nCapable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.\nInterested in learning from peers, operations, and engineering to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.\nThe posted pay range reflects the range established in good faith for this position.
