This position serves as a key liaison between Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements, production schedules, materials, documentation, and delivery commitments are effectively managed.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDrive process improvement project of tooling storage and kitting for the Machining area.\nSupport the organization, standardization, and continuous improvement of the warehouse to promote efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and a safe, orderly work environment.\nCoordinate activities between Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments.\nMonitor production progress against planned schedules and adjust priorities as needed\nWork closely with Purchasing and Materials Room to monitor material availability and expected delivery dates.\nIdentify material shortages that could affect production.\nCommunicate schedule changes and priority adjustments to affected departments.\nQualifications:\nAbility to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a cross-functional team.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to effectively use ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nThe posted pay range reflects the range established in good faith for this position.
