Job Purpose\nThe Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and safe day-to-day operation of Enko Bonanjo. The role oversees school facilities, logistics, suppliers, maintenance, security, administrative operations and operational compliance, while ensuring that the campus provides a safe and effective environment for students, staff and visitors.\n2. Key Responsibilities\nCampus & Facilities Management\nOversee the daily functioning, maintenance and cleanliness of the school premises.\nEnsure classrooms, offices, common areas and other facilities are properly maintained and operational.\nCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\nMonitor utilities, equipment and other operational resources.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.\nProcurement & Supplier Management\nCoordinate the procurement of goods and services required for the smooth running of the campus.\nIdentify and liaise with suppliers, service providers and contractors.\nObtain and compare quotations in accordance with company procedures.\nMonitor supplier performance, service quality and contractual obligations.\nEnsure timely delivery of operational supplies.\nLogistics & Inventory\nManage school logistics, including transportation, deliveries, movements of equipment and supplies.\nMaintain accurate inventory and asset records.\nMonitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of essential supplies.\nCoordinate the movement, storage and proper use of school equipment and materials.\nSecurity, Health & Safety\nEnsure appropriate security measures are implemented across the campus.\nCoordinate with security providers and monitor security-related issues.\nSupport emergency preparedness and ensure emergency procedures are communicated and implemented.\nReport and follow up on incidents, accidents and safety concerns.\nEnsure compliance with Enko's Health & Safety and Child Safeguarding policies.\nBudget & Cost Control\nSupport the preparation and monitoring of the campus operational budget.\nTrack operational expenses and ensure spending remains within approved budgets.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.\nProvide regular operational and financial updates to management.\nAdministrative & Compliance Support\nMaintain accurate operational records, contracts, licences and other relevant documentation.\nEnsure operational activities comply with applicable legislation and Enko policies.\nCoordinate inspections, audits and visits from relevant authorities or service providers when required.\nSupport the Head of Campus with operational projects and school events.\n3. Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Facilities Management or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, facilities or logistics management.\nPrevious experience in a school, educational institution or service-oriented organisation is an advantage.\nExperience managing suppliers, contractors and operational budgets.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills.\nGood knowledge of health and safety practices.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ability to use administrative systems.\n(English version)\nEqual Opportunities & Safer Recruitment\nEnko Education is an equal opportunities employer, committed to inclusivity, diversity, and valuing difference.
