This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization dedicated to reshaping the African educational landscape.\n Responsibilities:\nRoll-out and improve our teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM)\nDrive continuous improvements to the recruitment workflow, reducing execution time and enhancing user experience\nCoordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers, and interviewers\nAnalyze recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic recommendations\nDesign and implement communication strategies to engage partner schools and maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates\nConduct targeted research and surveys to guide product evolution\nCoordinate Enko Education International Study Tours\nOversee logistics for 3 international student trips, including document collection, allocations, parent webinars, and chaperone training\nCollaborate with the ECA Team to execute seamless trip coordination\nExecute post-trip communication plans, including internal reporting and external communications\nDevelop communication materials and rollout plans for all 2026 trips\nSupport the Learning & Teaching team in developing other products and initiatives\nConduct analysis to inform product strategy and guide development decisions\nCollaborate cross-functionally to execute product initiatives across the organization\nSupport product promotion and rollout to schools across the Enko network\nRequirements:\nBilingual French/English\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nProven adaptability and hands-on execution in fast-paced environments\nStrong analytical and multitasking abilities\n Start date:January 2026\nDuration:6 months\nLocation: Ideally based in Johannesburg, South Africa but location can be flexible(English version)\nEqual Opportunities & Safer Recruitment\nEnko Education is an equal opportunities employer, committed to inclusivity, diversity, and valuing difference.
