The candidate will design scalable AI solutions, work directly with customers and stakeholders, propose suitable architectures, and provide technical leadership during implementation.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design enterprise-level Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions.\n\n- Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable AI architectures.\n\n- Build solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows.\n\n- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and engineering systems.\n\n- Lead customer discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, solution presentations, and technical proposals.\n\n- Guide AI engineers and development teams throughout solution implementation.\n\n- Ensure AI solutions follow security, Responsible AI, governance, performance, and scalability standards.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience :\n\n- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in engineering, IT, software development, AI, data, or solution architecture.\n\n- Minimum 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI, including 1.5 to 2+ years of hands-on Agentic AI experience.\n\n- Experience designing autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool-calling workflows, and agent orchestration.\n\n- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation.\n\n- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.\n\n- Strong programming experience in Python and knowledge of APIs and microservices.\n\n- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\n- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder-management, solutioning, and presentation skills.\n\n- Ability to create architecture documents, technical proposals, POCs,
