This is someone who combines exceptional design sensibilities with strong motion and video editing skills, embraces AI-powered creative workflows, and is always exploring new ways to create better visual experiences.\nIf you are naturally curious, obsessed with great design, and constantly experimenting with new creative tools, this role is for you.\n[ 03 ] What you'll do\nWhat you'll do\nCreate visually compelling designs across digital, print, web, events, presentations, social media, and brand campaigns.\nProduce high-quality videos, motion graphics, animations, reels, explainers, product showcases, and corporate films.\nTranslate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and memorable visual stories.\nCollaborate with marketing, product, leadership, and external partners to deliver impactful creative assets.\nDesign brochures, reports, case studies, infographics, presentations, exhibition collateral, and sales enablement material.\nConceptualize and execute campaigns for product launches, events, employer branding, customer success stories, and thought leadership.\nIntegrate AI-powered creative tools into design and production workflows to improve creativity, speed, and quality.\nStay updated on emerging trends in design, motion, video production, AI, typography, branding, and digital content.\nTake ownership of projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining high creative standards.\n[ 04 ] What we're looking for\nWhat we're looking for\n2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, visual communication, or multimedia design.\nAn outstanding portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, storytelling, and motion capabilities.\nExcellent understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.\nStrong video editing and motion graphics skills with an eye for pacing, transitions, music, and storytelling.\nAbility to visualize ideas quickly and transform concepts into impactful creative outputs.\nPassion for learning new creative technologies and adopting modern workflows.\nHands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to identify where they can meaningfully enhance the creative process.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.\n[ 05 ] Tools\nTools you'll work with\nAdobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign\nFigma\nCanva\nAI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms\nExperience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools will be an added advantage.\n[ 06 ] Stand out\nWhat will make you stand out\nYou instinctively know how to make content visually engaging.\nYou enjoy experimenting with new tools before everyone else.\nYou understand how visuals influence perception, engagement, and brand recall.\nYou think beyond execution and contribute ideas that strengthen campaigns and storytelling.\nYou are equally comfortable creating a polished presentation, a launch film, a social media campaign, or a product animation.\nYou bring curiosity, creativity, and craftsmanship to everything you create.\n[ 07 ] Why join us\nWhy join us\nAt Enlite, design is more than aesthetics.
