We are seeking a proactive and highly collaborative Product Quality Engineer (PQE) to join our dynamic team and champion this mission. This role represents an evolution from traditional Quality Assurance, embedding quality practices deeply within the entire product development lifecycle. You'll thrive in our fast-paced Agile environment by engaging early and continuously with Product Management and Engineering to build quality in from the start. \nYour Responsibilities / What you’ll do: \nEnsure the high quality and performance of our enmacc platform throughout the entire development lifecycle\nFoster a quality-focused mindset and culture of shared ownership across the team\nLead and coach teams on testing practices and risk-based decision-making\nOwn the release standards and quality framework: defining ticket refinement criteria, managing release readiness, and coordinating collaborative testing sessions\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to challenge assumptions, clarify requirements, and identify potential risks\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automated test suites (e.g., UI, API) in collaboration with developers, integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines\nPerform exploratory and manual testing where it provides the most value to uncover usability issues and edge cases\nHelp the team learn from incidents and drive continuous improvements in our quality and delivery practices\nStay up-to-date with QA trends, evaluating and potentially implementing new tools and techniques, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance testing effectiveness\nYour profile / What you’ll need: \n5+ years of professional experience in QA \nUniversity studies in Computer Science or in similar fields\nDeep understanding of modern software quality processes, with a passion for shifting testing left\nHands-on experience with UI test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)\nStrong web application fundamentals (HTTP, REST)\nBasic Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript experience and understanding\nKnowledge of Continuous Integration\nStrong analytical and critical thinking abilities\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to connect perspectives and bridge gaps across teams\nWillingness to learn, adapt quickly to new processes, and continuously drive improvements\nDon't match every single requirement?
