They are responsible for mentoring team members to provide fast and friendly service and ensure every customer receives a great shopping experience.\nRequirements:\nMaintain a courteous, friendly attitude\nStock, re-stock inventory merchandise throughout facility\nCheck in vendor deliveries\nMust have minimum of one year retail experience.\nMust have general computer knowledge.\nComplete required paperwork including shift report, gas reconciliation, cigarette counts, etc.\nAssist in training\nAssist Store Manager as needed.\nAdditional Info:\nMust be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.\nMust have good communication skills\nMust be able to follow instructions\nMust be able to stand at all times\nMust be able to kneel, lift and bend up to 25 (twenty-five) pounds.\nRequired to work any shift within operational hours of the store and weekends.\nMust be 18 years of age\nMust have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nEnsures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities\nPerforms other related duties as required\nMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times\nMust be able to traverse and access all areas of the store\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nProlonged periods of standing and working at a cash register\nBenefits: Eligible team members may participate in medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, disability benefits, employee assistance programs, tuition assistance, and voluntary benefit offerings.
