This full-time, in-person role will involve managing and coordinating schedules efficiently to support our growing operations in the House Calls department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth scheduling processes and enhancing team productivity.\nResponsibilities:\nScheduling patient appointments in adherence to Provider availability/area.\nPrioritize urgent appointment task and schedule them accordingly\nAssures that all messages are completed and distributed appropriately\nReschedules patient appointments as needed\nReviews and updates patient insurance information\nManage a high-volume workload, effectively prioritize tasks to remain organized, promote prompt and courteous service\nDisplays excellent communication skills\nReaches out to referring sources for patients expressing difficulty with scheduling\nUpdates account information at the point of scheduling\nMaintains provider daily appointment quota\nHave new patients scheduled within 3-5 business days\nInsurance preauthorization\nPlaces calls to the patients for the providers when needed\nHandles voicemails daily and ensures all inquiries are handled properly\nCorrectly notate patient charts to maintain up to date accuracy\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma / GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred\nAdministrative healthcare experience preferred\nAttention to detail\nAbility to navigate several software databases throughout the day\nMaintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff\nEffective communication across various mediums of communication with staff and patients\nStrong written skills\nCapable of managing high volumes of phone calls\n$18 and hour - In Office role\nFull-time employees qualify for the following benefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity. \nPaid Time Off\nPaid Office Holidays \nAll employees qualify for these benefits:\nPaid Sick Time\n401(k) with up to 3% company match\nReferral Program\nPayactiv: pay-on-demand.
