including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.\nParticipate in system design discussions, technical planning, and solution reviews.\nEnsure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation.\nTake ownership of technical delivery while remaining deeply hands-on.\n\nRequirements: \n8-10 years of strong backend development experience using Java.\nExcellent experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.\nStrong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.\nGood experience working with AWS cloud services.\nStrong understanding of containerization using Docker.\nExperience with Kubernetes orchestration and deployment.\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and scalable application design.\nExperience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nStrong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.\nAbility to work independently in fast-paced enterprise environments.\n\nPreferred Experience: \nExposure (not mandatory) to large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.\nExperience with event-driven architecture patterns.\nExposure to observability and monitoring tools.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n\nPersonality & Growth Attributes: \nPassionate about hands-on software engineering.\nStrong ownership
