growth.\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nStrategy Development and Implementation:\nResponsible to develop, design, and implement strategic internal communication plans aligned with organizational objectives to effectively engage employees and foster a cohesive corporate culture.\nLiaise with key stakeholders across departments to identify communication needs, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.\nMonitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through the use of key performance indicators and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.\nContent Creation and Channel Management:\nDesign and implement compelling and relevant communication content, including announcements, newsletters, presentations, and other materials, to effectively convey key messages to internal audiences.\nManage internal communication channels, including intranet, email newsletters, and digital signage, to ensure timely and consistent delivery of information.\nProvide guidance and support to leadership and management teams in communicating organizational changes, initiatives, and policies to employees in a clear, transparent, and engaging manner.\nCrisis Communication and Stakeholder Liaison:\nDevelop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols to ensure the organization's readiness to respond effectively to emergency situations or crisis events.\nAct as a liaison between various departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration on key projects and initiatives.\nServe as a trusted advisor and resource to colleagues on internal communication matters, providing expertise, guidance, and support as needed to promote a culture of effective communication throughout the organization.\nSupporting Team Development:\nAccountable to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their career development and enhance their skills within the internal communication function.\nEmployee Communications & Advocacy:\nImplement development of a ‘Brand Ambassador’ programme to utilize employees as champions of the brand, reflecting key messages and acting as channels of word-of-mouth.\nServe as the SME and owner of internal initiatives (e.g., ENOC insider, newsletters, internal comms) that will keep employees informed of ENOC’s most recent news, updates, and initiatives across the different businesses.\nResponsible to promote programs (e.g., team-building activities, townhall meetings) that will enhance employee engagement, foster a sense of belonging to ENOC, and build brand advocates/ambassadors.\nLead creation and distribution internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and executive messages.\nResponsible to promote two-way communication channels within the organization to encourage feedback and engagement from employees.\nDevelop employee recognition and rewards programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions and achievements for IPOC’s.\nManage alignment of internal communication efforts with external messaging to maintain consistency and reinforce the company’s brand and strategic goals.\nAdditional Principal Accountabilities\nFinancial Management\nDevelop an annual budget for internal communication section and feed into the budgeting process for PR and Reputation function.\nProvide internal communication expenses forecasting regularly to assess adherence to annual budget.\nLiaise with PR and reputation team members to identify immediate initiatives and plans in alignment to departmental strategy and company objectives.\nMonitor expenses and ensure that spending stays within budget.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-savings opportunities within PR and reputation function.\nEnsure compliance with internal and external regulations.\nCommunicate effectively with agencies to gather input and provide updates on budget status.\nCyber Information Security Responsibilities\nComply with all applicable information security policies, standards, and procedures.\nClassify and protect information assets in accordance with the Data Classification Standard.\nParticipate in mandatory information security awareness and training programs.\nSupport information security initiatives and activities within the organization.\nConsider information security requirements when managing changes involving information assets.\nReport security incidents, vulnerabilities, weaknesses, or non-compliance in accordance with established procedures.\nFulfil role-specific information security responsibilities and contribute to maintaining the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).\nExperience\nEducation\nDegree: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field\nMBA or master’s degree is preferable.\nExperience\n7 years’ experience in Public Relations, Communication or related field is required\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs, internal communication tools.\nExtensive knowledge of the company.\nProven track record of successfully implementing creative internal communications campaigns that engage and inspire
