Update costs and repair history for all Work Orders.\nManage allocated resources effectively and efficiently.\nAdditional Principal Accountabilities\nSupport senior static engineer/lead mechanical maintenance engineer in monitoring work done by service contractors.\nSupport senior static engineer/lead mechanical maintenance engineer in preparation of technical requirements for quotations, technical review of quotations, and inspection of delivered spare parts for compliance with purchase order requirements.\nConduct staff training to ensure adequate staff knowledge and competency to perform activities safely, efficiently, and effectively.\nConduct on job training for UAE nationals.\nRespond to emergency call outs as and when required by the operations department.\nExpedite orders for materials and services.\nCyber Information Security Responsibilities\nComply with all applicable information security policies, standards, and procedures.\nClassify and protect information assets in accordance with the Data Classification Standard.\nParticipate in mandatory information security awareness and training programs.\nSupport information security initiatives and activities within the organization.\nConsider information security requirements when managing changes involving information assets.\nReport security incidents, vulnerabilities, weaknesses, or non-compliance in accordance with established procedures.\nFulfil role-specific information security responsibilities and contribute to maintaining the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).\nExperience\nGraduate in mechanical engineering from a recognized college or university.\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in a refinery/petrochemical environment covering maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of electrical equipment.\nComputer literate, Experience with computerized maintenance management system.
