Leveraging expertise in CI/CD, networking, cloud technologies, containerization, and monitoring tools, the role will deliver impactful solutions and foster continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, with expertise in GCP considered a plus.\nImplement and maintain configuration management solutions using Ansible and Terraform, with knowledge of Chef is a plus.\nDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring alignment with best practices.\nSupport production environments by monitoring system performance, availability, and reliability.\nCollaborate with teams to streamline deployment processes.\nParticipate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues.\nLead initiatives in cloud migration, cost optimization, and service performance improvement.\nSet up and maintain monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, including alerts and dashboards.\nParticipate in incident, change, problem, and release management, supporting production environments with on-call duties, including late nights and weekends as required.\nLearn and apply security best practices across automation and cloud systems.\nStay updated with industry trends, share knowledge with the team, and mentor junior engineers.\nWork regularly during North American business hours (EST/PST time zones) to ensure close collaboration with clients.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with practical expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.\nB.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.\nPractical experience with provisioning, configuration, and automation of systems using tools such as Packer, Chef, and Ansible.\nProficient in scripting or programming languages such as Python and Bash for automation and operational tasks.\nSolid understanding of CI/CD concepts; experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools is preferred.\nFamiliarity with security and compliance standards, including SOC 2 and PCI DSS.\nStrong proficiency in cloud technologies, with a focus on AWS;
