When test results do not meet expectations, you will investigate the issue, identify its root cause and work with the relevant teams to implement appropriate solutions.\nAccurate documentation and clear communication of your work and results will be an essential part of your role.\nTasks\n Responsibilities\nRF Design, Simulation & Characterization\nCollaborate with RF and Antenna Design Engineers to define, simulate, test and characterize RF subsystems and antennas.\nContribute to RF and microwave development activities.\nPerform RF testing and characterization activities.\nAnalyze test results and identify deviations from expected performance.\nRF & Microwave Engineering\nApply your knowledge of RF and microwave theory to practical engineering challenges.\nContribute to the design and testing of RF structures and building blocks.\nWork with RF technologies across Ka, Ku, X, C and S bands.\nContribute to the development of RF structures and building blocks for phased array antenna systems.\nTroubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis\nInvestigate technical issues encountered during development and testing.\nIdentify root causes and recommend corrective actions.\nWork closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.\nContribute to continuous improvement activities.\nR&D & Industrialization\nWork on both early-stage demonstrators and new industrialized designs.\nSupport the development of solutions intended for mass production.\nCollaborate with different engineering disciplines throughout the product development lifecycle.\nDocumentation & Collaboration\nAccurately document test activities, results and technical investigations.\nClearly communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.\nCollaborate with external partners and laboratories when required.\nTake ownership of assigned activities and deliver them autonomously.\nRequirements\n Your profile\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.\n5+ years of hands-on experience in RF, microwave or antenna engineering.\nProven experience in RF & Microwave or antenna development and research.\nStrong understanding of RF and microwave theory.\nPractical experience in RF / antenna design and testing is a strong plus.\nExperience designing RF structures and building blocks across Ka, Ku, X, C and S bands.\nKnowledge or experience with Phased Array Antennas.\nExperience with EDA and simulation tools such as CST, ADS, HFSS, TICRA and MATLAB.\nExperience working across different engineering disciplines and software workflows, including Altium.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nMeticulous, well-organized and detail-oriented.\nAbility to take ownership of assigned activities and work independently.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nComfortable working in a multidisciplinary and hands-on engineering environment.\nOpen-minded, proactive and eager to
