Apply knowledge of engineering principles and experience to design components and assemblies for projects of small to large size and diverse scope.\nFUNCIONES ESENCIALES. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS:\n· Perform hands-on and data-driven root cause-counter measure analysis of mechanical and soft-goods utilizing common problem-solving methodologies.\n· Design and build test systems to determine root causes of factory issues and costumer complaints.\n· Design, verify and implement mechanical product changes to develop optimal counter measures, all with a data driven approach.\n· Work with the Manufacturing teams to create processes, tests, and procedures to improve machine reliability and manufacturing efficiency.\n· Work with the Marketing teams to enhance Product Designs of legacy products to improve customer experience.\no Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software\no Design diagrams and layouts to illustrate detailed part design\no Identify potential operational issues and basic redesign products to improve functionality\nMaintains Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation in accordance with ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulations applicable to manufacturing processes.\nAdheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engineering functions.\nREQUISITOS: EXPERIENCIA, EDUCACION, HABILIDADES, CONOCIMIENTOS.\nBS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering\n1+ Yr. of Experience in Product Development.\nProficiency in 3D modeling - SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred.\nEnglish spoken intermediate to preferably an advanced level.\nEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY\nEnovis provides equal employment opportunities based on merit, experience, and other work-related criteria without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
