This position performs a variety of moderate physical and administrative tasks that are involved with the distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. This role bridges data management and physical inventory handling, requiring strong organizational skills, high accuracy and keen attention to detail. Under general supervision and with limited independent discretion, duties may include but are not limited to:\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare replenishment report for lift drivers\nMonitor replenishment report progress throughout the shift\nMonitor backorder reports related to replenishment\nCoordinate with Inbound and Outbound Departments\nResearch transactions to resolve discrepancies in inventory\nReconcile physical and systematic inventory discrepancies\nMaintain daily KPI’s related to replenishment\nPerform physical and systematic audits for replenishment transactions\nOperate pallet jack, as needed to move inventory\nFollow all company safety procedures\nParticipate in audits and 5S program\nModerate knowledge in continuous improvement activities\nCommunicate work-related problems to Lead or Supervisor\nAssist drivers with questions over radio\nProject work, as assigned by supervisor\nWork one mandatory Saturday per month, per schedule\nMinimum Basic Qualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
