The role improves forecast accuracy, supports S&OP; processes, and translates commercial inputs into actionable demand plans.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence and historical data.\nAnalyze forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions.\nLead monthly demand review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.\nUse planning and analytics tools including Kinaxis, Oracle, Power BI and Excel.\nProvide demand inputs for monthly S&OP; cycles.\nPrepare demand assumptions, risks and forecast change analysis.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to align commercial plans.\nCollaborate with Supply Planning to ensure demand and supply alignment.\nPrepare demand review presentations and KPI reporting.\nCommunicate forecast drivers, assumptions and risks to stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, tools and data quality.\nSupport planning system enhancements and best practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics or related field.\n2-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analytics.\nExperience with Kinaxis, SAP APO/IBP, Oracle or similar planning systems.\nStrong Excel and data analysis capabilities; Power BI preferred.\nSolid understanding of S&OP; processes.\nStrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWhy Enovis\nAt Enovis, we create better together through innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nAssociates are empowered to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while developing global careers within medical technology.\nDeclaração de Igualdade de Oportunidades\nNa Enovis, estamos comprometidos em oferecer oportunidades de emprego iguais a todos os indivíduos.
