For more information about Enovis, please visit www.enovis.com.\nWhat You'll Do\nThe ET Project Lead is the execution owner and in-market custodian of Enovis Enabling Technologies, responsible for delivering a disciplined and high-quality launch of ARVIS and ensuring consistent deployment, utilisation, and operational excellence across all ET solutions within the market.\nThis is both a critical launch role and a permanent capability, evolving into long-term ownership of Enovis’ growing Enabling Technologies portfolio, including digital and future robotic platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Launch Execution & LMR Ownership\nOwn end-to-end execution of ARVIS Limited Market Release (LMR) and early launch phases\nEnsure all launch milestones are delivered on time and to defined standards\nCoordinate cross-functional readiness across sites, teams, and stakeholders\n2. Training & First Case Excellence\nOversee training of surgeons, OR teams, and internal stakeholders\nProvide hands-on support during initial cases (particularly the first 3-5 procedures per site)\nEnsure consistent, high-quality early user experience\n3. Deployment & Operational Readiness\nCoordinate system deployment, logistics, and site readiness\nEnsure alignment with International standards for deployment and utilisation\nAct as the local point of contact for operational issues and escalation\n4. Clinical & Site Readiness Governance\nAssess and validate readiness of hospitals and surgeons prior to go-live\nEnsure adherence to defined clinical and operational protocols\nSupport early KOL engagement and capability building\n5. Ongoing System Utilisation & Performance\nMonitor and drive utilisation of ARVIS systems post-deployment\nIdentify and address barriers to adoption or consistency\nSupport continuous improvement in system use across accounts\n6. Portfolio Expansion & Future Technologies\nSupport introduction and deployment of additional ET and digital solutions\nAct as the in-market custodian of ET standards across the portfolio\nProvide input on scalability and readiness for future technologies (e.g. robotics and/Integrated Care)\n7.
