The Field Logistics Coordinator will help drive strategic departmental plan that aligns with the Enovis mission and the overall goals of the Field Operations and Inventory Logistics department. As a Field Logistics Coordinator, you will be vital to enhancing the company's operations. Your responsibilities will include fulfilling inventory orders, managing inventory levels, facilitating interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth workflows, and participating in improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes to better serve our customers.\nKey Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.\nFulfill requests for loaner sets and set daily priorities for loaner order shipments and requests.\nPossess knowledge of all Enovis Foot & Ankle product families and contents of surgical trays.\nManage the receipt of inventory including receiving product and inputting inventory data into the ERP system.\nManage and organize all inventory related documentation and inspection records.\nCommunicate with all other departments including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality and Executive Committee regarding inventory fulfillment needs and updates.\nParticipate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities.\nManage inventory activity in NetSuite ERP System.\nPackage/ship product to replenish internal and field inventory needs (via sales orders/bill and ships, transfer orders, and general sales representative requirements, etc.).\nRetrieve fielded expired inventory.\nFulfill, package, ship and reconcile loaners and consignment orders and requests.\nCoordinate logistics for moving Fielded Inventory.\nMonitor Email and department inbox, triage and fulfill ad hoc Field Inventory requests as needed.\nAssemble surgical trays for deployment in Field Inventory as needed.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies.\nIdentifying and solving problems.\nCurrently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.\nMinimum Basic Qualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n3 years’ experience in a logistical supporting role. \nAbility to operate a computer and other general office equipment.\nStrong mathematical skills with the ability to apply mathematical principles.\nMust have legible handwriting.\nHighly experienced with MS Excel.\nFamiliar with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.\nWork environment | Physical demands:\nAbility to sit and stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to lift and carry 25 pounds.\nAbility to tug, pull, or lift up to twenty (25) pounds.\nDesired Characteristics:\nPrevious experience in medical device.\nPrevious work experience in an inventory fulfillment position desired.\nHigh degree of customer and sales representative interface including data collection and reporting on activities such as expired lot management, late loaner kits, order issues and trends along with returns\nAbility to articulate clearly, professional oral and written communication skills.\nExcellent planning and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task with little supervision.\nPrevious work experience should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, flexibility, detail-oriented work style, professional appearance and attitude, and ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients at all levels.\nAbility to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer records.\nExperience with ERP software preferred (Oracle experience highly valued)\n“Creating better together”.
