For more information about Enovis, please visit www.enovis.com.\nWhat You'll Do\nLearning & Development Delivery Specialist\nRole Overview:\nAs an L&D Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and development of new hires within a Global Business Centre based in Hyderabad. Your primary focus will be on delivering training programs that ensure employees understand internal processes, systems, and tools required for their roles. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person while assessing performance, providing feedback, and coaching to drive continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nNew Hire Training: Deliver induction and onboarding sessions focused on internal processes, systems, and compliance requirements.\nLearning Design: Create and update online learning modules and classroom materials to support operational excellence.\nFacilitation: Conduct interactive classroom sessions and virtual training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.\nAssessment & Evaluation:Observe and assess learner performance during and after training.\nConduct knowledge checks and practical assessments to validate readiness.\n\nCoaching & Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to new hires to reinforce learning and improve performance.\nContinuous Improvement: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine training content and delivery methods.\nClarity & Communication: Deliver workshops and interventions focused on clarity and communication with international customers\nCollaboration: Work closely with team leads and supervisors to align training with operational needs and performance goals.\nExperience & Qualifications:\n3 years+ of experience in training delivery or learning support, preferably in an international contact centre or customer service environment.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.\nExperience in designing and delivering online and classroom-based training.\nAbility to assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nSkills:\nFacilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.\nAbility to create engaging learning content using digital tools.\nStrong observation and coaching capabilities.\nOrganizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and timelines.\nBehavioral Alignment:\nCuriosity & Adaptability: Stay open to new ideas and approaches to improve learning outcomes.\nCollaboration: Work effectively with peers and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.\nAccountability: Take ownership of training delivery and learner success.\nBusiness Impact:\nEnsure new hires are fully equipped to perform their roles effectively.\nContribute to improved operational performance and employee engagement through quality training and coaching.\nEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY\nEnovis provides equal employment opportunities based on merit, experience, and other work-related criteria without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
