See for yourself.\nAs a key member of the Vista Manufacturing Center, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.\nJob Title:\nManufacturing Lead\nReports To:\nProduction Manager\nLocation:\nVista, CA\nBusiness Unit Description:\nBracing & Support - VMC\nJob Title/High-Level Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating the daily activities of multiple operational areas including but not limited to value streams within the Vista Manufacturing Center. This role provides leadership to production operators and coordinators, ensures alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs), and drives continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process gaps. This position serves as a critical link between production floor operators and our Senior Operations Lead or Supervisor, ensuring operations are executed in alignment with company goals.\nKey Responsibilities: Performs various tasks which may include but are not limited to:\nCoordinate and provide directions to production operators to ensure consistent execution of areas assigned.\nAccountable for delivering production KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Value) to ensure operational performance goals are achieved.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures across all areas.\nOversee employee rotations and staffing adjustments based on order volume to reach daily target.\nIdentify gaps in processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements.\nCoordinate training of new hires and current staff on implemented procedures.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.\nDemonstrate understanding of basic assembly techniques and approaches.\nAccountable to perform basic troubleshooting to determine cause of system failures during assembly and/or collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the cause.\nResponsible for collaborating cross-functionally for the coordination of maintenance activities.\nMinimum Basic Qualifications:\nMust have a minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience.\nExperience in Oracle ERP system for inventory and material management.\nHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.\nTravel Requirements:\nNone\nDesired Characteristics:\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to work in a team-oriented environment.\nPerform basic troubleshooting to determine cause of system failures during assembly.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nCurrently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
