Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies. Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods.\nLogs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary.\nMaintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas. Full knowledge of the job.\nSubstantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.\nAssignments are moderately difficult, may require some judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendation.\nRequires general instructions on newly introduced assignments.\nCurrently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
