See for yourself.\nAs a key member of the IT Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.\nJob Title:\nSr. Director, Infrastructure\nReports To:\nChief Information Officer\nLocation:\nLewisville, Texas\nJob Title/High-Level Position Summary:\nAs the Sr Director of IT Infrastructure Engineering leads the overall infrastructure group, including but not limited to Data Center operations, Service Desk, Network, Telephony, and End User Computing. This person will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for the architecture, design, and implementation for Enovis’ hybrid technology environment. This role will be responsible for the design of key objectives, standard operating procedures, and processes that align and support the overall needs of both IT, InfoSec, and the Enovis business globally. This role will define the short and long-term strategy for the IT organization and leading a global team to execute this strategy, while ensuring alignment internally with the other functions within IT, reporting directly to the IT leader.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAccountable for IT Infrastructure to ensure all systems are designed and implemented following standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, with a keen lens into determining the “right fit” to the goals, budget, and thoughtful speed of implementation that suits Enovis’ overall vision.\nPartners with the CISO to maintain HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, and NIST compliance across all infrastructure domains.\nOversees vulnerability management, patching cadence, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP).\nDefine and execute a 3-5 year infrastructure roadmap aligned with enterprise business and digital transformation goals.\nServe as a key advisor to the CIO on infrastructure investments, risk posture, and technology innovation.\nLead annual infrastructure budget planning for capital and operational expenditures.\nDrive ITIL-aligned service delivery including incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes.\nDefine and enforce SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; produce executive dashboards and reporting on infrastructure health and performance.\nManage relationships with strategic vendors, MSPs, and technology partners; lead contract negotiations and QBRs.\nDevelop the Server and Storage, Networking and Database Reference Architecture Library\nProvides technical expertise and judgement on projects, solutions, and staffing.\nDevelops capacity plans to ensure performance, latency reduction, and resiliency.\nDrives the development, coaching, and training of the team members by setting goals and objectives, implementing career paths to performance and succession planning.\nEstablish the monthly operations review forum and define the KPIs and metrics to monitor and manage team and service performance levels.\nMinimum Basic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 10+ years technical management experience.\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or the like.\nCandidates must be very proactive, communicative, self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.\nProven experience managing large-scale infrastructure in healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly regulated industry.\nDeep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), enterprise networking, virtualization, and storage technologies.\nDemonstrated success leading global teams and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.\nStrong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, NIST, and related regulatory frameworks.\nExceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen skills.\nEnovis is a fast-paced, highly demanding, 24 by 7 environment with ongoing changes in scope and priorities through acquisitions and business strategy.\nThis resource should thrive in a highly complex, ever-changing landscape.\nLeadership Attributes:\nTime is Our Most Precious Commodity\nDrives the vital few versus the trivial many, acts with an extreme sense of urgency.\nSets clear priorities and focuses on the work that will best achieve commitments.\nManages workload efficiently and effectively.\nDrives Both Strategic and Day to Day\nSeamlessly operates across the strategic and tactical.\nManages challenges well; solves problems effectively and can lead change with speed.\nCan dive deep into detail to support root cause analysis yet understands big picture.\nTough-Minded Commitment to Results\nTakes accountability; does what it takes to deliver what is promised.\nEnsures short-term results and sustains long-term performance.\nExemplifies a working leader; owns initiatives; delegates effectively yet retain visibility into how work gets done.\nCreates a Winning Atmosphere\nFair, decisive, and motivating; fosters followership.\nInspires & aligns teams by setting clear goals, celebrating wins, and transparent communications.\nActively coach's others; gives and receives feedback openly.\nCollaboration and Influencing\nBuilds consensus with associates using a genuine, respectful give-and-take approach, where decisions are shared.\nTravel:\nUp to 25%\n“Creating better together”.
