including production tool hook up, utility upgrade, and improvement projects.\n\nApply Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SPC, and Lean methodologies to improve system reliability, efficiency, and operational robustness.\n\nPreventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM)\nDevelop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for facilities system.\n\nConduct condition-based and predictive maintenance (vibration, trend analysis, run hours, etc.) to reduce unplanned downtime.\n\nImprove asset reliability through continuous monitoring and maintenance optimization.\n\nEnergy Efficiency & Optimization\nIdentify opportunities to optimize facilities equipment operation to reduce energy consumption.\n\nLead and support energy reduction initiatives, system optimization, and sustainability projects.\n\nTrack energy performance and savings through data analysis.\n\nSPC, BMS & Performance Monitoring\nUtilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor mechanical system performance, identify trends, and detect abnormalities.\n\nUse Building Management System (BMS) to monitor, control, and optimize HVAC, chiller, and utility system operations.\n\nAnalyse system data and alarms to initiate corrective and preventive actions before failures occur.\n\nTroubleshooting & Problem Resolution\nLead root cause investigation and troubleshooting of mechanical system failures, excursions, and inefficiencies.\n\nCoordinate with vendors, OEMs, and contractors for system repair, tuning, and upgrades.\n\nEnsure corrective actions are effectively implemented and verified.\n\nCompliance, Safety & Quality\nEnsure mechanical systems comply with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.\n\nSupport audits and inspections, including ISO 9001 and other applicable management systems.\n\nEnsure safe work practices are followed during maintenance and project activities.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.\n\n3-6 years of experience in Facilities background.\n\nHaving strong knowledge on facilities system such as Chillers, CDA, Dehumidifier, BMS system, Lift system and Electrical system\n\nKnowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.\n\nExperience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.\n\nHands-on experience with BMS (Building Management System)\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced
