installation, refurbishment, expansion, and improvement projects covering mechanical, electrical, building, and utility systems.\nEnsure reliable operation and maintenance of critical facilities infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical systems, mechanical systems, utilities, and building services.\nLead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.\nConduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and building infrastructure to identify maintenance, repair, improvement, and compliance requirements.\nMonitor and analyze utilities consumption and implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and optimize operating costs.\nSupport facilities infrastructure design, capacity planning, upgrades, and expansion to meet current and future manufacturing requirements.\nReview engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, blueprints, and technical documentation related to facilities projects and modifications.\nDevelop and manage project schedules, priorities, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered safely and effectively.\nCoordinate and supervise external contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure work is completed according to technical, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure contractors comply with site safety requirements and applicable company procedures while performing work on-site.\nMaintain facilities records, maintenance logs, technical documentation, compliance records, and relevant statutory documentation.\nPrepare facilities performance reports, technical analysis, forecasts, and project updates for management.\nSupport budgeting, cost management, service contracts, and facilities-related expenditure planning.\nEnsure facilities operations comply with applicable safety, environmental, building, and regulatory requirements, including relevant DOE, DOSH, and OSHA requirements.\nEnsure proper management and disposal of scheduled waste and other waste materials in accordance with applicable environmental and safety requirements.\nProvide technical guidance, coaching, and task coordination to facilities engineers, technicians, and other team members.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facilities reliability, safety, efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.\nStay current with facilities\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline.\nProven experience as a Facilities Engineer, Senior Facilities Engineer, Facilities Manager, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of facilities engineering operations, maintenance practices, and critical manufacturing infrastructure.\nStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical utilities, electrical distribution, and building services.\nExperience supporting manufacturing facility expansion, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installation, and facilities improvement projects.\nKnowledge of BFO or relevant competency would be an advantage.\nHigh Voltage Chargeman competency or other relevant electrical competency would be an advantage.\nRelevant DOE/DOSH Competent Person certification or other recognized professional qualification would be an added advantage.\nGood understanding of preventive maintenance, contractor management, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nGood project management, organizational, and planning skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Operations, EHS, contractors, and external authorities.\nDemonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors, and service
