Responsibilities:\nResponsible for material planning and rescheduling activities based on the production build plan and changes in demand or production requirements.\nGenerate and maintain the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) based on S&OP demand, production schedules, BOM requirements, inventory levels, and material lead times.\nTranslate production requirements into material demand and replenishment requirements and communicate these requirements to the respective Buyer/Procurement team for execution.\nMonitor material availability and readiness to ensure adequate supply to support the production plan.\nIdentify potential material shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks, and work closely with Buyers, Production Planning, Engineering, and other stakeholders to develop mitigation and recovery plans.\nReview and analyze forecast/demand versus actual consumption and loading trends to continuously improve material planning accuracy.\nProvide suppliers and/or the Procurement team with monthly/weekly material forecasts and demand projections to support capacity and supply planning.\nPerform material capacity and constraint analysis based on demand requirements and highlight potential supply gaps to the appropriate stakeholders.\nEstablish and maintain appropriate raw material inventory levels, including safety stock and inventory targets, in accordance with company guidelines.\nMonitor inventory health and proactively manage excess, shortage, slow-moving, and obsolete materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nSupport production schedule changes by assessing material impact, availability, and readiness, and recommending appropriate planning actions.\nDrive continuous improvement in material planning processes, MRP accuracy, inventory optimization, and material visibility.\nProvide regular material status and risk updates to Planning and Supply Chain stakeholders.\nSupport special projects and other supply chain initiatives as assigned by the manager.\nPerform other material planning-related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.\nJob Requirements:\nDegree in Business Administration or related field is required.\nMinimum 3-5 years working experiences in relevant field\nAdvanced knowledge of NPI Planning and Material Scheduling & Control.\nCritical thinking and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nTroubleshooting skills and attention to
