In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, promote Enphase's industry-leading solar and energy management solutions, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through new sales, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys working with customers across diverse international markets.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nEngage prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual consultations across US and global markets.\nEducate customers on Enphase products and services, including solar, storage, and energy management solutions.\nIdentify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.\nManage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and needs assessment to negotiation and closure.\nBuild strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience.\nMaintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Channel teams to maximize customer success and business growth.\nWho You Are & What You Bring\n3+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or consultative sales in a target-driven environment.\nFluency in French, in addition to English, is required. \nA minimum C1-level certification in French is mandatory.\n\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, conversion metrics, and business goals.\nStrong consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nProficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.\nBachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech , BCA, B.Sc., or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).\nPreferred: Experience in solar, renewable energy, clean technology, SaaS, or product-based sales environments.\nWork Schedule: Flexible to support business needs, including US and/or European market
