This role requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.\n\nAbout the role : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced SCM Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications team as a Staff Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules - Quality Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing - and will act as a senior-level advisor, solution architect, and hands-on implementation/support consultant.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing : \n\n- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules - Quality, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing (Discrete/Process).\n\n- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.\n\n- Drive solution design workshops (CRP/BBP sessions) and prepare functional design documents (FDS), configuration workbooks, and process flow diagrams.\n\n- Configure Oracle Fusion setups including Inspection Plans, Quality Issues/Actions, Purchase Agreements, Approval Hierarchies, Item/Organization setups, Work Definitions, Routings, and Work Orders.\n\n- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integrations between SCM modules and adjacent areas (Finance, Order Management, Planning, PLM).\n\n- Lead and mentor junior/mid-level consultants, reviewing their deliverables and ensuring quality standards.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend permanent fixes or process improvements.\n\n- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression) including test script preparation and defect triage.\n\n- Collaborate with technical teams on OTBI/BI Publisher reports, FBDI data loads, Fusion extensions (PCS/VBCS), and REST/SOAP integrations as needed.\n\n- Stay current with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and proactively assess impact on existing configurations.\n\n- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, solution proposals, and RFP responses when required.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice adoption across SCM processes.\n\nWho You Are And What You Bring : \n\n- 8+ years of overall SCM functional consulting experience, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.\n\n- Strong functional expertise in at least 3 of the following 4 modules : Oracle Fusion Quality Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.\n\n- Proven experience across at least 2 -
