This includes switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, SD-WAN, data centres, distribution centres, and co-location facilities.\nYou will play a key role in ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of critical network services that support business operations. You will work closely with global IT teams, security teams, vendors, and service providers to troubleshoot complex network issues, implement network improvements, and maintain resilient and scalable network infrastructure.\nWhat you will do:\n Join our dynamic teams designing and developing next-gen energy technologies and help drive a sustainable future!\nDesign, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and SD-WAN solutions.\nAdminister and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPNs, IPsec tunnels, and site-to-site connectivity.\nMonitor network performance, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve network outages, latency, packet loss, and connectivity problems.\nManage and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity.\nManage network connectivity across data centers, cloud environments, distribution centers, offices, and co-location facilities.\nTroubleshoot site-to-site VPNs, remote connectivity, and IPsec/IKE tunnel issues to ensure secure and reliable communication between locations.\nCoordinate with telecom vendors and service providers for internet circuits, WAN links, circuit provisioning, outages, and service restoration.\nSupport network changes, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansion while minimizing business disruption.\nImplement and maintain network security best practices, access controls, firewall rules, and network segmentation.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for network incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.\nMonitor network health using network monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate network documentation.\nFollow established change management, incident management, problem management, and configuration management processes.\nCollaborate with global infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to deliver reliable and scalable network solutions.\nParticipate in network disaster recovery and failover testing to validate redundancy, resilience, and business continuity.\nMaintain network diagrams, configuration backups, IP address records, inventory, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in on-call support and incident response activities to ensure network services remain available 24x7x365.\nWho you are and what you bring:\n4-8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, administration, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.\nStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and NAT.\nPractical experience with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, along with Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience administering Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT, IPsec VPNs, and troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting site-to-site VPN connectivity, IKE/IPsec negotiations, tunnel stability, and connectivity issues.\nWorking knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and enterprise WAN connectivity.\nExperience supporting data center networks, internet connectivity, WAN circuits, and multi-site network infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with cloud networking concepts, preferably AWS networking, including VPCs, route tables, security groups, and hybrid connectivity.\nExperience with network monitoring, packet capture, log analysis, and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, ping, traceroute, dig, and curl.\nUnderstanding of network security principles, firewall policies, access control, segmentation, and security best practices.\nExperience with incident management, change management, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently.\nGood verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and external service providers.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize critical incidents, take ownership of issues, and drive them through resolution.\nA proactive approach to network reliability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and automation.\nPreferred Qualifications \nCCNP Enterprise, PCNSE, or equivalent networking and security certifications.\nExperience with AWS networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.\nFamiliarity with network automation and scripting using Python or Ansible.\nExperience with high-availability network designs, redundant connectivity, disaster recovery, and failover testing.\nExperience working in a global enterprise environment supporting business-critical production
