you will do\nResponsible for all quality stage gate processes for the new product launch at Arlington TX site\nWork closely with contract manufacturing (CM) partner to meet or beat daily quality goals on first pass yield/finish yield driving continuous improvement projects\nAudit CM’s QMS system to identify gaps as appropriate and implement action plan to close the findings\nManage supplier corrective action reporting for non-conformities and noncompliance of Enphase approved products/processes.\nShare poke yoke/best practice implementation across other site for collaboration and cross factory process improvement opportunities.\nWho You Are and What you bring\nBS/MS in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/Industrial/Mechanical) along with 10+ years of technical manufacturing experience on SMA/SMT technologies with repair and troubleshooting.\nStrong understanding and working experience on APQP, Minitab SPC, PPAP & ISO 9001/TS 16949 standards\nExperience with battery manufacturing, battery assembly, or battery-related quality engineering.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in engineering or related technical field.\nASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification.\nExperience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and related electronics manufacturing standards.\nExperience with battery quality standards and manufacturing requirements.\nExperience with high-volume consumer electronics, automotive, energy storage, medical devices, or other complex electro-mechanical products.\nExperience with JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar data-analysis tools.\nExperience implementing automated inspection, traceability, and manufacturing quality data systems.\nExperience leading global manufacturing quality teams.\nProven leadership abilities to deep dive in detail and be hands on\nExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills \nWork Location\nArlington TX (100% onsite)\nTravel:\n10%\nThe base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $167,000 and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.\nThis position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits, with final compensation determined in accordance with applicable laws and internal
