This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career engineers with a strong foundation in Operating Systems, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Password/Access Management. The selected candidate will work on security engineering initiatives involving identity, authentication, authorization, access controls, and operating system security.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Support implementation and maintenance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.\n\n- Work on user identities, authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, and access controls.\n\n- Support Password Management and secure credential practices.\n\n- Assist in implementing and monitoring Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls.\n\n- Work with Linux and Windows Operating Systems and understand OS-level security concepts.\n\n- Assist with access provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews.\n\n- Identify and address security risks related to user access, authentication, and privileges.\n\n- Support security monitoring, incident investigation, and remediation activities.\n\n- Work with engineering and security teams to implement secure access practices.\n\n- Document security processes, configurations, controls, and technical procedures.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong fundamentals in Cybersecurity and Information Security.\n\n- Good understanding of Operating Systems, particularly Linux and Windows.\n\n- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.\n\n- Understanding of authentication, authorization, access control, roles, and permissions.\n\n- Knowledge of password security, credential management, and authentication mechanisms.\n\n- Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.\n\n- Basic understanding of security principles such as least privilege, Zero Trust, and defense in depth.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good programming/scripting fundamentals, preferably Python, Shell, or PowerShell.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Exposure to IAM platforms or technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAML, or OpenID Connect.\n\n- Familiarity with MFA and authentication protocols.\n\n- Exposure to PAM or password-management solutions.\n\n- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows hardening and OS security.\n\n- Academic or personal projects related to Cybersecurity, IAM, OS Security, or Authentication.\n\n- Cybersecurity certifications or coursework will be an added advantage.\n\nEligibility : \n\n- B. Tech/B. E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.\n\n- Graduates from Tier-1 institutes, including IITs, NITs, BITS, and other premier engineering institutes.\n\n- 80%+ academic performance / CGPA preferred.\n\n- 0 - 1 years of experience, including fresh graduates with strong academic records and relevant cybersecurity projects.\n\n- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and Cybersecurity.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\nWe are looking for candidates who have a strong foundation in Cybersecurity, Operating Systems, Identity & Access Management, and secure authentication.
