with IT security policies.\nContinuous knowledge growth and career progression for the team.\nSystem Administration Oversight\nOversee Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025), including Active Directory (PDC/BDC, OU, GPOs), DHCP, DNS, File & Print, Remote Desktop, and license servers.\nSupervise virtualization environments (Nutanix clusters, VMware vSphere), including VM creation, replication, snapshots, and backups.\nManage Office 365 Suite (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams), including licensing and compliance.\nEnsure backups and disaster recovery readiness (Veeam/cloud backups, file server backups).\nTroubleshoot and oversee hardware/software issues on servers, desktops, laptops, and VC setups.\nEnsure effective use of ticketing systems (ManageEngine/ServiceNow) for incident, change, and problem management.\nNetwork Engineering Oversight\nConfigure, monitor, and oversee Switches, VLANs, LAN/WAN setups, VPNs, and structured cabling.\nSupervise firewall configuration, Access Points, and security policies to ensure compliance.\nManage WAN link optimisation, redundancy planning, and endpoint protection.\nReview and guide vendor coordination for network hardware procurement, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.\nDrive resilient and secure network architecture planning in alignment with organisational needs.\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\n8-12 years of IT Infrastructure experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/Team Lead role.\nCertifications preferred: Microsoft (MCSE/365), Nutanix, VMware, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), ITIL.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management
