TQM\nExperience\n2-5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Systems, Operational Excellence, or a related function.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nTechnical Skills\nGood knowledge of ISO Standards and Integrated Management System Frameworks.\nProficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.\nExposure to digital transformation tools and process automation initiatives.\nStrong command over MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nKnowledge of process improvement and quality management methodologies.\nBehavioral Competencies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving attitude.\nInnovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\nAbility to manage and
