quality.\nEngineering Drawings Interpretation:\nRead and interpret GA (General Arrangement) and fabrication drawings accurately to guide fabrication processes.\nFabrication Expertise:\nOversee fabrication of pressure vessels, condensers, and heat exchangers as per customer and design specifications.\nEnsure welding, assembly, and finishing activities meet quality and safety standards.\nQuality & Compliance:\nEnsure adherence to ASME codes and internal quality standards throughout the production process.\nConduct routine quality checks and resolve any non-conformities.\nWork Reporting:\nMaintain and submit daily production reports, highlighting progress, bottlenecks, and manpower utilization.\nSafety & Housekeeping:\nEnforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.\nTeam Motivation:\nMotivate and mentor team members to ensure high productivity, morale, and adherence to process standards.\nCoordination:\nWork closely with design, planning, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of production activities.\nContinuous Improvement:\nIdentify areas for process improvements and contribute to cost reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives.\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.\n6-8 years of hands-on experience in production engineering, especially in heavy fabrication or pressure equipment manufacturing.\nSound knowledge of ASME codes and standards related to pressure vessels and heat exchangers.\nProficient in reading fabrication and GA drawings.\nStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.\nProactive problem-solving and decision-making ability.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous
