Responsibilities:\nASME Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of ASME standards and their application in quality control and assurance.\nStudy the Technical specifications/ Customer documents approved drawings and prepare ITP/QAP/ Procedures/SOPs and submit it to Customer/TPI for approval. \nCoordinate with Customer / TPI for approvals of QA documents.\nIn depth technical knowledge of Heat Exchangers/ Pressure vessels/ Skid/ Module fabrication (SS/ CS/LAS) QA point of view.\nDrawing Reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.\nNDE Expertise: Knowledge and proficiency in non-destructive examination methods, including Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) etc.\nWelding Process: Be well-versed in all welding processes, techniques, and standards.\nWelding Visual Inspection: Perform thorough visual inspections of welding processes to ensure weld quality and compliance with industry standards.\nInspection Reports: Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports to document quality control findings and recommendations.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the shop team, providing hands-on support and ensuring quality at every stage of production.\nCustomer and TPI Interaction: Coordinate with customers and third-party inspectors during shop inspections to address inquiries and ensure compliance.\nOn-Site Support: Be willing to visit project sites to provide support as requested by customers and project teams.\nTeam Player: Actively participate as a valuable member of the Enpro Team, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.\nQualifications and experience required:\nProven experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment.\n7-8 years of relevant experience required.\nIn-depth knowledge of ASME Coded and EN standards and applicable welding processes.\nGood Technical background and communication skill\nProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.\nExpertise in NDE methods, including LPT, RT, and UT etc.\nStrong visual inspection skills for welding processes.\nAbility to create detailed inspection reports/ Travellers/ ITPs.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nWillingness to work both in the shop and on-site as required.\nCommitment to being an integral part of the Enpro Team.\nPedigree:\nBachelor / Diploma degree in Mechanical
