You’ll act as the key technical partner, ensuring smooth product performance, clear communication, and successful mission outcomes in the fast-growing space industry.Key responsibilities:\nAct as the main point of contact for project- and program management of key customers.\nAnalyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.\nProvide technical support to the Sales team.\nSupport customers with integration and operation of ENPULSION products.\nProvide technical support in the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT).\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of ground support equipment.\nManage and facilitate customer tests and workshops.\nInitiate, actively support and report on non-conformance processes and anomaly reviews in accordance with established processes.\nAnalyze and review on-orbit telemetry, focusing on operator command sequences and thruster anomalies.\nAutomate telemetry analysis with Python scripts.\nRecommend strategies and operational parameters based on telemetry and product performance.\nProvide on-orbit operations support to ensure products perform optimally in space.\nDeliver clear, concise, and well-written technical documentation.\nType of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week\nSalary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2918,14 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.\nYour profile\nTechnical or scientific education (FH/University/UAS/HTL), ideally a Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.\n3+ years of professional experience in aerospace or a related industry\nUnderstanding of electric propulsion systems used for satellite mobility is beneficial.\nKnowledge of satellite systems, launch services, or space data platforms is a plus.\nKnowledge of Python programming language.\nSolid understanding of electronics design and operation.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes desirable.\nExperience with documentation tools, simulation software, or mission planning tools, as well as collaborative platforms (JIRA).\nFamiliarity with space industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ECSS, ITAR).\nExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).\nStrong ability to explain complex technical issues to customers clearly and concisely.\nWillingness to travel to customer facilities as needed.\nProactive, organized, and disciplined approach to independent work.\nPassionate about contributing to a fast-growing business and high-performing team.\nWhy us?\nAt ENPULSION, you’ll join a young, international team united by a deep passion for space technology and innovation.
