In this role, you’ll work across the full development stack, shaping system architecture, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure, reliable data integrations.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, write clean and reusable code, and deliver new features that expand the platform’s capabilities. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, thinking holistically about systems, and taking ownership from concept through deployment.\nYour primary focus will be the development and ongoing enhancement of our newest data platform supporting our achievement and admissions products. The ideal candidate brings broad technical experience and comfort working across the entire technology stack-from the operating system through the application layer.\nWhat You’ll Do\nReporting to the Vice President of Technology, the Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for, but not exclusive to the following:\nArchitecture & Technical Design\nArchitect enterprise-level solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and performance\nSolve complex performance issues and architectural challenges\nProduce detailed technical specifications\nFollow industry best practices and established architectural standards\nDevelopment & Engineering Execution\nBuild efficient, testable, and reusable modules\nWrite clean, well-designed, maintainable code\nDevelop and deploy new features to support business procedures and internal tools\nContribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle\nSystems Integration & Data Management\nIntegrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers\nIntegrate data storage solutions and backend services\nEnsure seamless interaction across systems and platforms\nRequirements Analysis & Process Improvement\nAnalyze, define, and prioritize business requirements\nTranslate business needs into technical solutions that improve workflows and processes\nDocumentation & Knowledge Management\nCreate and maintain technical documentation\nDocument architecture, integrations, and development standards\nWhy Work with Us\nAt E3n, you’ll join a mission-driven organization formed through the unification of two respected leaders in independent education.
