If so, we’d like to talk with you about growing with us.\nWe are seeking a full-time Industrial Wastewater Engineer to join EnSafe's team of professionals at one of our U.S. office locations.\nIn this role, you'll partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative industrial wastewater and water treatment solutions for a diverse client base while expanding your technical expertise and growing your career within an employee-owned consulting firm. \nJoining our team means immersing yourself in an environment that nurtures creativity, encourages collaboration at all levels, fosters a supportive culture, and facilitates professional development.\nKey responsibilities of this position include:\nTechnical strength with industrial wastewater (IWW) treatment and design engineering across a variety of industries.\nSupport or lead design of IWW collection, conveyance, and treatment projects.\nManage design-build and construction services.\nManage equipment selection and procurement, manage construction phase engineering services, and participate in design and construction meetings with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.\nLead technical teams working across multiple offices to:\ndevelop treatment options and cost estimates, \nprepare plans and specifications, including PFDs, P&IDs, and layouts, and \nwrite work plans, design reports, SOPs, O&M manuals, and other documentation. \nProvide inspection/troubleshooting support for existing IWW systems and identify enhancements.\nDesign and implement bench-scale and pilot-scale treatability studies, including data management and evaluation, mass balance/loading details, and treatment technology selection. \nParticipate in meetings with subcontractors, clients, and regulators. \nProvide marketing/sales efforts, as well as proposal development.\nMinimum Skill and Requirements: \nBachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited college in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree in pertinent discipline preferred).\n8-15 years of industrial wastewater design experience, with several years as a professional-in-responsible-charge.\nProfessional Engineer registration/License in FL, TX, TN, or other states.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, along with graphics software/AutoCAD, necessary for the conceptual design of industrial wastewater systems.\nPrevious experience with instrumentation and controls/automation is a plus.\nHighly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing intricate ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.\nStrong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, regulators, project managers, and employees effectively, persuasively, and tactfully at all levels of the organization.\nStrong work ethic, attention to detail.\n30% travel potential.\nValid driver’s license to operate a vehicle in the U.S.\nWhy Join EnSafe?\n Employee-Owned AdvantageEnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
