EnSafe empowers its employees to take ownership of their work, grow their expertise, and make meaningful contributions to project success.\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES \nIn this position, you will: \nServe as the Lead Civil Engineer for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects, providing technical leadership from project planning through design and project delivery.\nManage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including design development, preparation of plans and specifications, permitting, regulatory coordination, and bid document development.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.\nParticipate in and coordinate design, client, and construction meetings with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.\nPlan, schedule, and execute civil engineering design tasks while maintaining project quality, budgets, and schedules.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts with existing and prospective clients.\nContribute to proposal preparation, technical presentations, and other marketing and business development activities.\nMentor junior engineers and support the continued growth and development of engineering staff.\nSKILLS/EXPERIENCE \nMinimum Skills and Requirements: \nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Florida, or ability to obtain Florida licensure through reciprocity within a reasonable timeframe.\n10+ years of civil engineering design experience within an engineering consulting environment.\nProficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.\nExperience delivering civil engineering design projects for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.\nExperience preparing engineering plans, specifications, technical reports, and permitting documents.\nKnowledge of local and state permitting processes and coordination with regulatory agencies.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nAbility to review and seal engineering plans and technical documents, as required.\nWillingness to travel regionally, with occasional national travel for client and project meetings.\nWhy Join EnSafe?\n Employee-Owned AdvantageEnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
