Python，能够独立完成数据处理、算法开发、实验验证和结果分析。\n理解常见排程或组合优化问题，例如：\nJob Shop Scheduling\nFlexible Job Shop Scheduling\nFlow Shop Scheduling\nParallel Machine Scheduling\nResource-Constrained Project Scheduling\nVehicle Routing Problem\n熟悉至少一种优化建模或求解工具，例如 OR-Tools、Gurobi、CPLEX、SCIP、Pyomo 或 PuLP。\n理解线性规划、整数规划、约束规划、动态规划、局部搜索或启发式算法中的一种或多种。\n能够将复杂业务规则抽象为约束条件、决策变量和目标函数。\n具备良好的数据分析和实验设计能力，能够客观评估算法效果。\n具备较强的逻辑分析、业务理解及跨团队沟通能力。\n能够接受算法结果需要兼顾可执行性、可解释性和工程性能，而不仅是理论最优。\n加分项\n有生产制造、实验室、供应链、物流、仓储或项目排程相关经验。\n熟悉遗传算法、模拟退火、禁忌搜索、粒子群、强化学习等智能优化方法。\n有大规模排程、实时排程、滚动排程或动态插单场景经验。\n了解数字孪生、离散事件仿真或生产系统仿真。\n熟悉 pandas、NumPy、SciPy、NetworkX 等数据和算法工具。\n具备后端服务开发经验，能够使用 FastAPI、Flask 等框架封装算法服务。\n了解 Redis、消息队列、Docker、Kubernetes
