\n负责厂房设施和公用系统设备的项目改造，确保改造期间空调，水系统及特气系统合规稳定供应。\n公用系统和厂房设施能耗管理，制定年度节能降耗指标并实施改造。\n主导所有节能改造项目（含工艺优化/设备升级/余热回收/压缩空气系统/照明与动力系统改造/AI自动化节能等）。\n负责所有改造项目的全生命周期管理。\n负责搭建设施组小项目改造的体系与制度。\n负责公用系统运行维护。\n协助设施负责人进行项目改造合理性评估，完成计划范围外的项目改造。\n2、根据工作需要完成文件工作：提供跨部门支持;
