This role blends product data analytics and low-code development to drive innovation in Revenue Cycle operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with revenue cycle operators, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements, build solutions, and deliver insights that shape product strategy and improve outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives.\nTranslate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms and connectors.\nParticipate in discovery activities, including user interviews and journey mapping, to define KPIs and success metrics.\nDesign & develop and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms.\nConduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions.\nDemo functionality to end users and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements.\nContribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting or RPA.\n\n3-5 years of professional experience applying AI/ML in a business setting (beyond academic exposure).\n\nHands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate, UI path etc.\n\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.\n\nProficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\n\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.\n\nExperience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is a plus.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.\n\nKnowledge of EMR system integrations and healthcare data standards.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMust be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.\n\nThis is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.\n\nThis position pays between $92,400 - $126,000 depending on variables.\n\nThis posting addresses state-specific requirements to provide pay transparency.
