In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact after the sale-guiding customers through onboarding, supporting their ongoing needs, and identifying opportunities to grow the partnership.\nThis is a cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive long-term success.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact \nLead onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation \nBuild strong relationships by understanding customer goals and aligning solutions to their needs \nProactively monitor customer health and address risks to satisfaction and retention \nPartner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience \nIdentify and support upsell and renewal opportunities \nAnalyze customer feedback and data to drive improvements and inform decisions \nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity \nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or a related role \nStrong communication and relationship-building skills \nAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment \nProblem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail \nExperience working cross-functionally to support customer outcomes \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and general business tools \nNice to Have\nExperience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel brands like Marriott or Hilton) \nFamiliarity with SaaS or technology solutions \nExperience with CRM or customer success platforms \nWork Environment\nThis is a hybrid/remote work.
