goals for profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory.\nKey Responsibilities\nProactively manage account base in assigned territory with focus on growing sales\nResearch territory to identify prospects and key decision makers\nDevelop, maintain and manage strong customer relationships \nCommunicate with customers to explain specific offers as defined by sales management\nProvide exceptional customer experience, assisting customers in identifying product solutions to address needs\nGenerate accurate and complete sales quotes\nHelp write and send new emails customized to customers based on offers \nHelp write and execute call scripts customized to customers based on offers\nSet virtual appointments and perform presentations and product demos\nUpdate and save lead notes in CRM \nGain full understanding of Enseo products and services\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:\nUnderstanding of inside sales methodologies\nHotel processes and technology.\nFamiliar with hotel brands (like Marriott, Hilton, etc.). \nProficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). \nAbility to pursue leads via calls and emails \nFunction well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment\nUse independent judgment in resolving various issues\nCollaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. \nMotivated self-starter, persistence in lead generation\nExcellent active listening skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nOrganization of time to meet deadlines \nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\n1-3 years of experience in sales\nBachelor’s degree in sales, communications or equivalent work experience \nExperience with technology solution
