拥有良好的审美能力，对构图、色彩、材质、光影、风格和视觉表达有较强理解; 能够独立分析和评价视觉内容，并提出具有可执行性的优化建议。 \n2、大模型基础认知：了解生成式 AI、多模态模型或大语言模型的基本原理和应用场景; 对 Prompt、模型评测、数据标注、人类反馈优化等概念有基础认知; 具备良好的学习能力，能够快速理解新的 AI 技术和工作流程。 \n3、 行业经验：有 3 年以上设计、品牌视觉、UI/UX、插画、3D、动画或相关领域的实战经验，作品被实际项目或客户采用或获得奖项;
