and peer learning.\nWhere appropriate, contribute to broader offensive security initiatives, such as:Adversary simulation and red teaming exercises\nCustom tooling, scripting, or automation\nInternal research, labs, or capability development\n\nRequirements\nOffensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) is required.\nCREST Certified Registered Penetration Tester (CRT) is preferred.\nAdvanced or specialist certifications such as:OSWE, OSEP, OSED\nMCRTA, CRTO\neMAPT\n\nApproximately 3 to 5 years of hands-on penetration testing experience in consulting, internal security, or equivalent practical environments.\nStrong understanding of penetration testing methodologies, rules of engagement, and ethical hacking principles.\nSolid technical foundations in:TCP/IP networking and common protocols\nWindows and Linux operating systems\nWeb application architecture and common vulnerability classes\n\nDemonstrated experience testing:Web applications, including authentication, authorization, and business logic flaws\nNetwork and infrastructure environments\nActive Directory domains\nMobile applications\n\nProficiency with common penetration testing tools (e.g. Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, BloodHound).\nExperience with scripting or programming (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash) to support testing and automation.\nExposure to cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern identity platforms.\nExperience with post-exploitation, lateral movement, and attack path analysis.\nDemonstrated interest in expanding beyond traditional penetration testing into broader offensive security and red teaming.\nAbility to clearly communicate technical findings in written reports and verbal discussions.\nStrong professionalism, integrity, and attention to
