is hiring !\nDuties and Responsibilities\nInterface with customers and stakeholders to understand their business, operational and cybersecurity needs, and facilitate effective engagement to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.\nWork closely with customers and cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, threat researchers and cybersecurity specialists to understand requirements, priorities and constraints, and translate them into technical scopes of work and project plans.\nLead the planning, delivery and implementation of cybersecurity projects involving AI/ML, data analytics, software engineering and related technologies.\nCoordinate project activities across the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation and continuous service improvement.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including proposals, technical specifications, business cases, test plans, progress reports and other project artefacts.\nManage project baselines covering scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality, and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.\nIdentify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and constraints, working with stakeholders to develop and execute appropriate mitigation plans.\nProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, key milestones, challenges, risks and issues.\nManage relationships and expectations across different levels of stakeholders, including customers, management, technical teams and external vendors.\nFacilitate collaboration between cybersecurity, AI/ML, data and software engineering teams to translate complex cyber problems into practical and deployable solutions.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in managing software engineering, data, AI/ML or cybersecurity projects with experience across the project lifecycle from planning, design, development, testing and implementation.\nTechnical background with practical understanding of AI/ML, data analytics and engineering, cybersecurity, software development, and modern data processing and application platforms.\nExperience working with both internal (development team) and external parties (Customers, vendors and etc)\nStrong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills\nGood presentation, coordination and facilitation skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Skills /Qualities\nExperience in Cyber Security, AI/ML, data analytics, system integrator or software development industry\nExperience in delivering enterprise-scale projects and translating complex cybersecurity challenges into practical AI and analytics solutions\nExperience in following project management methodologies and tools: Waterfall, Scrum (Agile), Jira, Gitlab and etc\nExperience in product management, service delivery and the delivery of AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions\nProven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently including projects involving multidisciplinary technical teams.\nRelevant Project Management certification e.g. PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner\nRelevant Cyber security certification e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) etc\nHands-on experience in data analytics, AI/ML engineering, software engineering, and modern web application development\nOther Special Working Conditions\nPersonnel are subjected to security
