an eye for clean, usable design \nBack-end and API development experience, for example Python and FastAPI \nExposure to LLM/AI development, including agent frameworks or SDKs (such as Claude Agent SDK or LangChain), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, and vector or SQL databases \nAwareness of DevOps and cloud practices, with AWS a plus, and able to adjust to changing requirements and new technologies \nGood team player with good communication skills, able to work with people at all levels within an
